The location and the view from the property is just wow The private beach area , walking promenade , plenty of swimming pools The property had very high levels of hygiene and cleanliness arrangements everywhere

Residents need to pre-book the restaurants in the hotel for lunch and dinner . While the breakfast buffet was enormous and had a variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian options , I struggled to find vegetarian options for lunch and dinner

Great resort with nice beach

Good resort, what you would expect from a five-star one. The room and balcony were specious and with a beautiful see view. Breakfast offered a lot of options for everyone's taste. Overall, it was a great experience and would come back.

One night (perhaps by mistake), the music fountain stayed on the whole night, which made sleeping almost impossible for us and our daughter.

Very relaxing, full bellies of great food and a great view.

View was greeat. The food was amazing. Shower was great. The staff service. The slippers were comfortable. Free water upon request.

The bed could be bit softer :) The hotel market could include some fruits, bread and spreads.

Would recommend! Amazing service and facilities,

The property is new so it’s extra clean in addition to being clean already. The breakfast was delicious and though a buffet, reasonable price and amazing options.

We went in the winter so it was cheaper but the pools weren’t heated outside so we couldn’t enjoy them (it was 78 the day we stayed)

Really nice resort if you want to stay in the island's South

- Very nice staff, always smiling and happy to help - Beautiful resort - Direct beach access without any fences or walls...you take one step you're still on hotel grounds, you take the next step and your feet are in the sand - Large indoor pool (ca. 20m) and large enough heated outdoor pool (curved, maybe 15m if you swim a straight line) to enjoy the water even in winter

- The bed was so hard my back hurt the next day (and I normally like hard beds), and the pillows didn't fit the hardness profile of the mattress

The hotel is beautiful, only 2 years old, the restaurants are great, the staff are very friendly.

Breakfast superb, BBQ restauramt superb

unrelated to the hotel itself, we forgot to arrange transport to the hotel so we just took the public bus service from the airport to the hotel ... it was small and cramped with no storage for luggage so was definitely unsuitable for an airport bus service ... so taking a taxi or arranging private car pick-up is definitaly advisable.

What are the best hotel/resort experiences I’ve ever had with the family

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I needed to for this hotel. It is extremely well managed and the staff are without exception friendly and helpful. Very clean in the rooms are super comfortable and well designed. Good size balconies with stunning views. they have several lovely pools with the heated pool being partially outdoors. Everything is self-contained and plenty of activities such as banana boating etc. The beach is lovely and white and very clean. I would definitely come back. We were a family and everyone enjoyed it immensely.

Exceptional

A very beautiful hotel on the waterfront with fantastic views. Super clean. We enjoyed the lazy river. Food was good at all the restaurants. We appreciated the use of complimentary PJ's and slippers.

Dinner restaurants were good but expensive and have limited menus - eg. I can't recall seeing a pasta option at the Italian restaurant? More non-alcoholic cocktail choices in the restaurants would be nice.

Great remote location on the south shore of Okinawa. Beautiful facilities with a fun lazy river. Good restaurant choice.

Very far from anywhere. Difficult to access without a car.

Wonderful facilities. Would return (though in the summer)

It was a nice hotel with great facilities. The pools were nice but the weather was cold. The restaurants were delicious and good value. I wish we didn't have to pay for parking.

Short stay OK but don't expect a nice beach visit

The hotel is new and very nicely built and furnished. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Gym had a variety of quality equipment. Guests staying in "Club" rooms have access to free breakfast as well as a variety of free drinks such as wine, various alcohols and beer. Also a bartender service to make cocktails etc. Great spot for a short stay. More than 3-4 nights is a mistake because you are a long way from options for food etc.

Location, location. Too far from Naha or other areas to permit easy travel to find alternate restaurants. After a few nights the on site places become boring. Also, the restaurants are too pretentious and the food quality does not live up to the quality they imply - especially vs the high prices and quantity. Although there is a beach, it is of poor quality as the sand is full of small broken coral and getting into the ocean is very difficult as the beach and the water edge are very difficult to walk on. we had a club room with balcony and anticipated being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun w/o having to go to the beach. Unfortunately, the room (#1018) and all of the others on that wing face northwest and even the sunset is almost impossible to see - no sun at all.
